We collect the details you share with us — name, phone number, email, city and vehicle information — along with technical data such as device type and pages viewed. We do not collect financial account credentials.

How we use your information
Your data is used to value your vehicle, share matching listings, arrange inspections and pickups, process finance applications with partner lenders, and provide customer support. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve pricing accuracy.
Sharing with third parties
We share only what is necessary: inspection partners, authorised RVSF scrapping centres, logistics partners and lending institutions you explicitly apply to. We never sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
Data retention
Transaction records are retained for the period required under Indian tax and motor-vehicle regulations. Marketing preferences and enquiry data are retained for 24 months from your last interaction, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and payment flows run through RBI-regulated partners. We conduct periodic security reviews of our systems and vendors.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for marketing communication at any time. Write to gadidikhaoo@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
