GadiDikhao provides a marketplace and related services for buying, selling, scrapping and financing motor vehicles. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in India to transact with us.

Listings and pricing
Prices, availability and inspection grades shown on the platform are indicative and subject to physical verification. We reserve the right to revise a quote if the vehicle's condition differs materially from the details provided.
Vehicle valuation and sale
Online valuations are estimates generated from market data. The final offer is issued after our evaluator inspects the vehicle. You retain ownership until payment is completed and transfer documents are signed.
Warranty and returns
GadiDikhao Assured cars carry a 1-year limited warranty covering the engine and transmission, and a Free RC transfer support subject to a mileage limit of 500 km and no new damage.
Scrapping services
Vehicle scrapping is executed through government-authorised RVSF facilities. You confirm that the vehicle is free of loans, liens and pending legal proceedings before handing it over.
Finance applications
Loan approval, interest rate and disbursal are at the sole discretion of the lending institution. GadiDikhao facilitates the application and does not itself lend money or guarantee approval.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GadiDikhao's aggregate liability arising from any transaction is limited to the service fee paid to us for that transaction. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
